Description
Don't think of art when you think of London? Then think again. London houses some of the world's greatest collections of painting, sculpture and architecture. From the British Museum, which houses the Parthenon marbles; to the National Gallery and Wallace Collections' abundant paintings, which span the Italian Renaissance to the Impressionists; to the Tate Gallery's modern collection, London's resources are rich and varied. You'll get a good background on the art and the artists as we examine the works of Botticelli, da Vinci, Rubens, Rembrandt, Goya, Renoir, Van Gogh, Picasso, and many more representatives of London's treasures.
