Geometry=Shooting Pool!! Physics=Lagoon!! Explore how your math and science skills relate to the things you love to do. Each day of this week long class will involve a fieldtrip that will help increase your understanding of a different mathematic concept. Shoot pool to hone those geometry theorems and cap off the week by spending all day Friday at Lagoon studying the physics of your favorite rides! Next time someone raises their hand in class and asks, 'What does this have to do with real life?' Now you'll know!
