YEART 209 - Drawing Safari (Age 6-11)

Explore nature's wonders by drawing them. Sketch animals and birds at a variety of locations such as Utah's Hogle Zoo, The Tracy Aviary and Red Butte Garden. Learn more about nature's fascinating creatures and then capture them in your drawings. Animals and birds make wonderful models. Some classes will be held on campus where we will explore the University's treasures, the rest will be on location. Learn to draw in unusual settings with an experienced artist using the tools of the trade. Parents are responsible for dropping and picking up students at the designated locations. Course content and curriculum is updated each semester so students can continue their artistic progression.
