This class begins where Illustrator Level 1 leaves off, starting with a review of the use and manipulation of type in Illustrator. You will create intricate shapes using smaller shapers and utilizing the pathfinder tools and learn to save these shapes as patterns. You will learn about symbols and effects, how to create simple and complex shapes, as well as filters and effects available in Illustrator. Finally, the class will cover how to use your illustrations as web elements and create set actions for ease of use. Completion of Illustrator Level 1 or instructor approval is required.
