Description
This course is the study of nursing assessment of the individual and family in various places of wellness, health and disease across the lifespan. It includes the principles of communication, functional health, and recording information. Skills necessary for conducting a physical and mental examination are included. The clinical component is incorporated into the companion clinical course.
