In this class students will learn about the effects of traditional pay and performance, performance evaluation, documents that relate to performance and contracting for improved performance. Additionally, attendees will learn how to deal with non-performance, how to administer discipline, and how to contract for improved performance. This Program has been approved for recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
