LLPD 548 - Dreamwork: The Dreamer and the Dream

Our dreams may seem weird or incomprehensible, but they are no more meaningless than a poem in a foreign language. Dreams are messages, in a symbolic form, from a level of our mind not usually available to us. Dream work is the process of understanding our dreams and then integrating that information to help one live a fuller, richer, and more effective life. This class will offer each person methods for increasing dream recall, a beginning understanding of ways to tap into this 'foreign language,' as well as some suggestions for integrating the message of the dream into our lives.
