Description
Stress is a reality of our everyday lives. However, we have some control over the level and intensity of our stress. Learn strategies to better manage stress and become more resilient as we study what creates stress, how our thinking affects our stress levels, and the different health consequences of chronic stress. Each student will generate an individual action plan as we learn how to manage specific and general stressors.
