Description
Course introduces student to classic texts in ethical philosophy, then applies ethical theories to contemporary dilemmas in health and health care delivery. Topics include sexual morality, drug legalization, euthanasia, abortion, welfare reform, medical research, and the burgeoning world of genetic manipulation. Students will engage in a semester-long case study and report the results of their research to the class.
