Description
Life is movement, and improving the way you move is possible at any age. Every activity we engage in, even breathing, involves movement. In the Feldenkrais Method, we propose to improve the quality and efficacy of our movement through awareness. By learning awareness, we can challenge our non-supportive habits; expand the repertoire of our possibilities; and empower ourselves to discover a genuine sense of ease, grace, and efficiency that affects all aspects of life. These include reduced back pain, improved athletic skills, greater balance and flexibility, lessening of tension, improved eyesight, greater creativity, and improved focus. Please bring a blanket and wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.
