Description
Learn the postures and breathing techniques that form the backbone of Zen meditation. We'll study this 2,500-year-old tradition at a private home in Park City. Take this step toward stress management and physical and mental relaxation. Your mind, body, and spirit will thank you. Please bring a sack lunch. Instructor Jim Curtice has been practicing Zen meditation since 1973. He founded the Wasatch Zen Group in 1980, and has been practicing with Gempo Roshi since 1977.
