Description
No one enjoys feeling angry, and the repercussions of an outburst of anger are often even less pleasant. Yet anger is a very real emotion, and one many people struggle with. In this supportive, non-judgmental class, you'll learn to understand anger as it relates to your physical and mental health, recognize the major symptoms of anger before you lose control, regain peace through relaxation techniques, reestablish constructive interpersonal relationships, and enjoy life out of the cycle of hatred and bitterness. Our holistic approach addresses the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of anger management.
