Description
Hikers, runners, cyclists, climbers, photographers: Join us as we learn about the varied species of snakes that populate the Wasatch mountains. We'll have live snakes on hand to help you identify the look of the dozen or so species of native snakes. We'll then discuss thier habits, learn which snakes are dangerous, and teach you how to avoid harm (for both you and the snake). We'll also cover what to do in case of a snake bite. Jim is the founder and owner of Reptile Rescue Service, a nonprofit educational and rescue service for snakes and other reptiles in Utah.
