PROED 110 - Accounting and Budgeting for Non-Accounting Managers II

This course is a continuation of Accounting and Budgeting for Non-Accounting Managers I and includes a review of financial statements of several public companies, management reporting including financial ratios, and operating and capital budgets, and creating a financial plan and budget. An introduction to SEC, regulatory and industry reporting is also included. There is a discussion of internal controls, internal and external audits, and fraud and embezzlement. Endorsed by NAPM UTAH.
