Learn to identify whole grain foods and incorporate them into your diet deliciously. We'll share fabulous whole grain recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You'll flip for whole wheat blueberry pancakes, salivate over curry quinoa salad, and enjoy a 'chevre chaud' with homemade whole grain croutons. We'll finish with a rum raisin bread pudding. Come with an appetite, this class will fuel your body and your brain!
