Description
Evaluates in detail the practical, procedural, and strategic aspects of environmental law using readings and simulation exercises. Covers all major elements of environmental practice, including client counseling, negotiation, litigation, and rulemaking practice. Each student will also participate in the Environmental Clinic and will be placed in an outside law office, divided among government, private- and public-interest placements.
