Choosing the right wine for your dessert can be tricky, because the sweetness in dessert can make your wine seem overly austere. Our experts will lead you through the preparation and tasting of a cream-based (panna cotta topped with cinnamon and vanilla-roasted pineapple), chocolate-based (chocolate torte with raspberries and creme anglaise), and fruit-based (apple tart with dried fruit and nuts) dessert and the wines that compliment them best.
