Description
Before firing, precious-metal clay is 82 percent silver and 18 percent binder and water. This beautiful substance can be shaped into any number of jewelry pieces, from pendants and rings to earrings and bracelet components. In a kiln, the binding is fired out of the clay, leaving a piece of fine silver. Students will make earrings, a brooch, and large beads while receiving a thorough introduction to this innovative design product.
