ELI 30 - Skill Building Grammar and Writing II

This is a skill building course designed to prepare students for low-intermediate courses. In ELI 1, students will learn strategies to improve their writing and grammar skills. They will read, discuss, and write about different topics. Students will gain the ability to produce simple and complex sentences and will study and master the following grammar points: verb tenses including progressive tenses and present perfect, 'used to' and modals of request and ability.
