The Community Leadership Internship is designed to provide Honors students with the experience to work alongside a community leader in a real world situation to evoke change in the community. Many Honors students become community leaders after graduation but all will have the chance to become engaged in community work and to put their education to good use. The Honors Apprenticeship intends to place the student in distinctive professional or work related environments where they will be mentored by professional or experts in their field and receive valuable training or work experience that will prepare them for their lives upon graduation. Students will receive pass/fail credit for their work.
