Description
Looking for a full-body workout that nourishes your mind and spirit as well? In this class, we will combine dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movements to create a high-heat, high-energy workout that will tone your entire body, refresh your mind, and soothe your spirit. Registration for this class buys you a 10-punch card that can be used for any of our yoga classes. You may purchase or renew a punch card at any time during the term; cards will be honored for six months. Please bring water, a sticky mat, and a towel to each class.
