You'll learn the tricks of the trade in this fun, interactive class. On the menu: antipasto: bruschetta con pomodoro aglio e basilica (bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, basil, and garlic), bruschetta con pesto e pinoli (bruschetta with pesto and pine nuts); primi: pasta with pomodoro fresco, pasta alla carbonara (pancetta, eggs, and Parmesan cheese); pasta con i funghi e menta (pasta with mushrooms and mint); and dolce: Tiramisu.
