Description
Exploration of selected theories and research related to development from birth through adulthood. Contemporary theories of child/adult development, family and parenting introduced. Theories and current knowledge about neuromotor and physical development, influence of cognitive development, moral development, and temperament on health beliefs and health behaviors are emphasized. Meaning and outcome of development change across lifespan examined.
