Description
In this class, we'll discuss a variety of compensation structures and methods for aligning pay to the job. We'll also explore and compare non-monetary compensation strategies and ways to motivate employees. You'll have a chance to exercise how to properly conduct a pay survey, a job analysis, and we'll discuss classification factors. This class provides contact hours for PHR/SPHR recertification.
