Description
Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Slacklining is a unique practice that builds core strength, dynamic balance, and focus in an exhilarating way. We will experiment with basic actions such as sitting, laying, standing, and walking while balancing on flat webbing tensioned between two anchors and suspended a short distance off the ground. With perseverance, patience, and a good sense of humor, you will start to find your center while balancing on the dynamic line. You don't need to be an athlete--it's all about having fun! Come play--a few hours in the park will reward you with a sense of accomplishment and camaraderie. Class is limited to 9.
