Description
Digital Figure Sculpting is the observation and study of the human figure, practiced in digital sculpting applications. Students will learn a classical approach to understanding human anatomy by building major surface structures around skeletal meshes. This class requires no previous knowledge of human anatomy, sculpting, or the related software, but an artisan could spend a lifetime in the mastery thereof. This is a project-based course which is broken down into smaller sub-projects based on human muscular groups. Students that complete the course will leave with a complete realistic human figure for their portfolios.
