Description
To obtain an overall understanding of the legal concepts that directly impact the employment relationship, including but not limited to: anti-discrimination laws, employment contracts, employment-at-will, employee benefits, confidentiality requirements, hiring and firing procedures, employee handbooks, and employee policy and procedures.
