Course Components:
Students will discuss, plan for, and role-play scenarios related to human resources law and management, supervision and facilitation of professional development and team communication, and preparation for seeking career placement. Students will outline plans for advocacy and inter-and intra-disciplinary collaboration. Students will critically assess the effectiveness of their leadership development plans, including translational outcomes leadership, ethical leadership and supervision, team collaboration, and advocacy, and make modifications in preparation for their engagement in their Capstone Experiential Component.
