Description
This course addresses architectural practice through legal, regulatory and ethical perspectives. The course emphasizes ethical thinking as essential to advancing the health, safety and welfare aspects of the profession's social contract. There is a focus on risk management, legal aspects of practice including architect's responsibilities, liability and contracts and provides an understanding of how the profession adapts to social, legal, economic and technological forces of change.
