Description
This class covers financial analysis, valuation, strategy, and accounting issues related to mergers and acquisitions and other major corporate events during the lifecycle of firms (e.g., raising capital, share repurchases, leveraged buy-outs). The course content is relevant for all business students who are interested in understanding how companies grow and maximize long-term value for their stakeholders.
