Description
Legal Methods is a two-semester course that teaches students to engage in sophisticated forms of legal analysis and communication. Legal Methods II builds on Legal Methods I to teach students how to advocate, by drafting and presenting persuasive legal documents for court. Students are also introduced to the skills of negotiation and transactional drafting, as well as the basics of motion practice and pre-trial litigation.
