Description
Join us for this foraging class that focuses on local medicinal wild plants with a local master gardener and wild forager. Enjoy a walking tour where you'll learn how to identify, harvest, and wildcraft spring plants, their growing habits, their medicinal value, and tips for how to safely use them at home. Then experience herbal wildcrafting while your instructor teaches you how to make a wild foraged sun tea that you'll get to enjoy that day. This is not a medical course and should not take the place of any treatments prescribed by your doctor, but it is a good way to understand the nutritional and health benefits of certain plants.
