Have you heard of intuitive eating but aren't sure how to actually get started? Curious about mindfulness practices (ex. gentle yoga, meditation, breathwork, etc.) but feel overwhelmed with how to incorporate it into your life, let alone your intuitive eating practice? This workshop will provide six practical steps that will help get you started on your intuitive eating and mindfulness journey. This class will also include a gentle yoga practice, mediation, and breathwork practice for hands-on experience of what you learned. No yoga experience required.
